FTP Information

Please link to our ftp site to upload your file.

You will be asked to log in and then drag and drop the file from your computer into the folder in our ftp window.

FOR WINDOW USERS: Please note that you will need to turn off "Use passive FTP". If you have service pack 2 on the computer/PC you use to upload the files you will have to do the following:

• Launch the Internet
• Click tools
• Click internet options
• Go to the Advanced Tab
• Scroll down about halfway until you see an option for "Use passive FTP..." and uncheck this box
• Click OK and try logging onto the FTP site

FOR MAC USERS: You will most likely need to use a third party FTP software. You can go to Google and type in Mac FTP client software and get a list. Here is the link to one that a client has recommended and used for a year.
