FCC Requirements
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) now requires all televisions (including digital television) to contain a built-in decoder to display closed captioning. Twenty hours of television programming per day is required to be closed captioned. The FCC also requires that all new programming (with a few exceptions) must be captioned.
Aberdeen assures compliance with all government-mandated laws and regulations.
